I just got a co-op at STL and so i need to buy a car in about a month. so i figured, if i am buyin' one ..why wait till summer.
so i am looking for a car that runs well and my budget is around $3500. (yeah cant afford too much) . anyways, i need it for my work in STL and my trips to Rolla, ofcourse.
I don't have any plans of long road trips in the near future, but I still would want the car to hold up.
Anyone sellin' one or know a good used car dealer , plz lemme know.
Bright red Black top grey interior. 3.1 liter v6 engine. 3spd Automatic transmission with overdrive. Full guages no idiot lights. 175K been well taken care of. Runs very well never had too many problems mechanically with it. The canvas on the top is new and worth about $1000 by itself. It has the optional defroster GLASS in the back so there are no worries about the back window milking up because of the soft plastic. It has A decent cd player and speaker good enough to hear with the top down on I-44. I how two boots for the top as one is missing some snaps the boots are around $250 is you bought them from pontiac. It has the Aluminum Mag Wheels and is front Wheel drive. It has Power Locks and Power Windows. The power lock on the driver side has been disconnected so that when the car automatically locks when you put the car into drive (a pontiac thing) it wont lock the driver side. Heater works great even on the coldest of winter days, given a few minuts the car is nice and warm. The AC needs to be recharged/changed over. I never worried about this as it is a convertable with a power top so i could put the top down whenever i wanted so i didnt bother with AC. The car has never been wrecked and has never even been stuck (ice, snow). The insurance on the car is classified as luxury and not as sports(it changed a few years ago) The blue book value on the car is prced and $2900 and i am asking $2300 OBO. Contact me at mla@umr.edu if interested. I am selling this car becasue i own a 99 ranger and cannot afford to own both.
