Phantasy star online server (open now at 131.151.190.198 pc and gc versions should work...pc does at least)

Everquest here in about a week (need to populate the world, need people who play eq to run a collector program for me so i can build a db...)

Ultima Online in about 2 weeks (haven't even looked at it)

Possibly an Anarchy Online server (looking)

are these going to be public servers that reside on umr network space, or are they going to be servers strictly for umr use ... ie private

private would suck for people who live off campus but o well

ummm not sure really...depends on the following that i get on campus...if it is a strong following then strictly on campus..if not...then off campus as well... but most likely off and on campus...

also i may set up a DAoC server...

ok the EQ server is starting to seem bleak to get up within a week...or a month...so i will look into a Dark age of camelot serverf (i have it but haven't tested cause well.. i need daoc...) UO is still a possibility...

Well they didn't announce it until...like today. I was so disappointed. I mean they worked on it for what, 4 years now? Man...I'm going to have to extend my gaming world now...

About the EQ server... i was looking to start my own server and was wondering what do i need to start that. i got a 1.7 ghz with 500mb ram and it is not doing a thing yet so i need to put it to work!! like how much hard drive space does EQ take up?

you need bout 29 and some decimal work straight days of playing eq on the officials servers collecting spawn points, npcs, items, etc to even think about starting up a server... the server itself is like...20 meg at most... then like the 2 gig for eq... but i deamed the eq server not worth the hassle...i'm still working on the daoc server though...that should be up bythe end of the month

Any luck for a free Final Fantasy XI server or one for City of Heroes? Or can this only be done with older MMORPG's right now?

i can take a look into those... coh and ffxi are pretty new...but popular none the less...soooo it is possible to have a server for them...i'll look into... i would love to have a coh server

anyone know of a game called The 4th Coming? i've just found the server...sooo yeah... i think i'm running out of machien to put these things on lol...i should put a vote up to see which servers people want up and put 2 of them up...

OK i got the DAoC server working save for things actually moving about... they still fight back though... so tonight or early tomorrow morning i will have the following servers up and will post where to grab the stuff for them from:

Dark Age of Camelot
Ragnarok Online

I will make an install shield for both PSO and DAoC... RO being korean has problems with intall shield.
