Okay, so i have the 15 meals + $120 declining balance.
I never use all my meals, and I was wondering if I went to the underground (that little shack in UCE) and bought anything for under $4, could I then charge that as one of my meals (not declining balance)?
I'm guessing I could only do that if I didn't buy actual food during htat meal period, and if so what are the meal period times each day?
1. Would this make sense?
2. Would this allow me to get more value for my money?
If your answer is "yes" to both of those then the ultimate answer will be "no". Chartwells lives to screw over the students and will do as little as possible to accomidate them.

Okay thats what i figured. When does hte "official" breakfast end, I never eat breakfast... and I could get stuff during that period.
Saturday to Sunday:
Brunch: [10:45, 13:00]
Dinner: [17:00, 19:00]
All times ass-u-me interger minute values.
One meal per period.
Meals RESET after extended dinner (21:01) on Sunday.

You could either get the Cart Blanche plan (very expensive and only good at TJ or Rayl) or you could pay with your declining balance. Chartwells' is always there to make poor food and rip you off.
