It's not disappointing at all, if I would change anything though, I'd like a mission/quest reset after you beat it. Playing it over with a sword that does 1500 damage would be pretty quick and easy.

try to get all of the legendary weapons. It takes an asslong time.

Yeah okay guys. The story quests can be beaten in seven hours or less. The length of the game is doing the side quests and finding all of the legendary weapons. I've got over 25 hours now. I'm trying to get the legendary weapons, but some of them are hard to find.
Anyone else discover the easiest way to make money? I found that the Memory game in Bowerstone is really easy. I played that game a whole bunch and was able to make enough money to buy a Master Bow and Master Longsword before I even got to Oakvale.

I've played and beat it 3 times. Right now my oldest character has 43 hours on it.
Money is easy, become a landlord. Kill the people at night by doing it yourself or buying a merc and then telling him to get lost inside their house (he'll go on a killing spree).
Buy the houses, rent them out (takes a few days) and then sleep in their beds to pass the time. I can make 20,000 easy in one of my towns, it just takes a minute.
Money is worthless to me now, I own damn near the entire world's houses and people fear me so much that the entire town screams when I first walk into town, I never see villagers anymore at all. I have to trap them in the bar or store to get to them.
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion looks like it will be close to what fable had but much more massive. Surroundings will change over time, character will change, ect... . Too bad it isn't comming out till around time xbox2 comes out

I'm not familiar with any of these guys, and I'm pretty sure that they're new to the homebrew scene, but this looks pretty promising if they come through.

i see they already have one mod out, doesnt seem to be anyhting to special but your right, looks promising, i hope they stick with it, could drastically increase game length, maybe even the story?

I found that you can accumulate money by first bashing your house's doors then mounting trophies and selling the house. Grab the trophies back out of the house and then buy back the house, thus making a profit
Yeah, I was disappointed by the short lenght of the game. I was hoping for somthing like Diablo where you could replay the game and the difficulty would match your characters experience. The game was way too easy though. When I fought Jack, I took him out in like 2 minutes. Terrible ending. Even though the game was only about 12 hours for me, I was hoping at least for a decent wrap up of the story. Instead you get, and all was well, the end....roll credits. Amazing potential, terrible followthrough. I'll think twice before shelling out 50 bucks for a lionhead game any time soon.

jeeze buddy! it wasn't anywhere near as bad as the way you're putting it. Of course, I guess that's the best I can expect from a fan of a mindless click-fest like Diablo.
By the way.....If you actually wait for the credits to end you get to keep playing.
