Does anyone remember I think it was this past summer when this one genius guy was on Jeopardy for weeks straight? How did that ever end up? I lost track of it and never found out, so I'm just curious.

His name is ken jennings, and he hasn't lost yet. Hes still on although they've taped the show where he loses. He loses on the 75th episode, meaning he wins 74. It supposed to air on the 30th of Nov (tuesday). He won't be on this week I think because there is a tourny going on. His grand total was something like 2.5 million dollars.

I remember watching some shows last summer. Hes a freaking genius, it seems like Alex gets so pissed everytime he answers a question.

Yeah, I watched a few shows with him on; he's a-freaking-mazing. He just demolishes all of his opponents.

but then again, if you happen to beat ken jennings once chances are you are going to have a pretty decent run against the regular chumps on the show. and if you dont' play it puss like ken jennings did and wager like you had some balls (come on, if you know the answer for the final jeopardy why aren't you betting it all!?) you should have your own million in no time!

Not that I would have guessed H&R block either, but it makes perfect sense....january, february, march and april....4 months to prepare taxes, certainly a better guess than fedex.

He only really lost b/c he made stupid, risky wagering mistakes. He definately answered more questions correctly than the other competitors did.
